To buy flowers online simply choose one of ethos' most popular arrangements or gifts pictured and fill in your details on this form. We will send you an email confirming your order has been placed successfully.
All our bouquets will be freshly created upon order. The flowers are attractively packaged and supplied with a gift card suitable for the occasion. Please note, due to seasonal variations and availability, certain flowers may sometimes need to be substituted.
For flower orders we provide a same day delivery service throughout the UK, if required. Orders placed before midday can be delivered the same day. Orders received after midday can be delivered am or pm the following day or a date you specify.
For gift orders we provide a next day delivery service throughout the UK. We do not organise any deliveries on Sundays.
The charge for delivery including postage and packaging of all gifts and flowers is £3.95 per item.
We use the Teleflorist service for flowers and Royal Mail's Special Delivery for gifts.
ethos reserve the right to change our delivery fee. In such instances we would inform you and deduct the additional cost from the price of the flowers.
If a gift is out of stock, we will contact you the same day to recommend an alternative gift. We will not process your credit card details.
Returns Policy : Gifts you order from ethos can be returned unused within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Should you need to return an item, please detach and enclose the returns slip at the bottom of the delivery note and return the goods as they were sent to you. Goods lost or arriving damaged to us will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refundable. Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no charge with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakages within 3 days of receiving the order.
